This policy explains how Amina Makes handles information when you browse and request a print.
Your print list stays on your device
The site saves your selected items, quantities, colors and item notes in your browser’s local storage so your list can survive a refresh. Anyone using the same browser may see it. Remove items from your print list or clear this site’s browser storage to delete it. Avoid putting personal or sensitive information in item notes.
When you submit a request
Name and email are required. Phone number is optional. Mailing address is requested and required only when you choose shipping. A parent or guardian should submit requests for children using their own contact details. We also receive your selected items, quantities, preferred colors, shipping preference and notes.
Pressing “Send my request” sends this information to our private Wix request records and emails the full request to hello@aminamakes.com. We send an email receipt to the address you provide. This information is used to arrange your prints, contact you about the request, and discuss handover or mailing if needed. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your contact fields are not deliberately saved in the print list’s local storage. Please do not include payment details or children’s personal information. Copying a request copies the request text to your device’s clipboard.
When you contact Amina
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Messages are saved in private Wix records and emailed to hello@aminamakes.com so Amina can reply. A branded confirmation email is also sent to the address you provide. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing. A parent or guardian should contact Amina on behalf of children.
Hosting and email providers
Wix hosts this website and serves its catalog. Wix may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and service logs to operate and protect the site. Wix’s transactional email service sends request notifications and receipts and may create a contact record for the email addresses used. Gmail handles emails received by Amina. These providers process data under their own policies: Wix privacy policy and Google privacy policy. This custom site does not add advertising trackers or a newsletter signup.
Children and families
Kids can choose their favorites with an adult. A parent or guardian should prepare and send requests using their own contact details. Please do not send a child’s personal contact information, photos or other sensitive details. A parent or guardian can contact us about information sent by mistake and request its removal.
Access, corrections and deletion
Email hello@aminamakes.com to ask about information in a request, correct it or request deletion. Private request records and emails are kept as needed to manage the request and resolve follow-up questions; records may need to be retained where required by law. Browser storage is controlled on your own device. We do not sell request details or use them for advertising.
