Can I request more than one item?
Yes! Add multiple favorites to one print list. Choose the quantity and preferred colors for each item, then send everything together. You can edit or remove items in your print list before sending.
Are the prices final, and how do I pay?
Prices are estimates in US dollars based on each design. Selecting preferred colors does not change the estimate. Amina will confirm the final price after reviewing your items, quantities, size and filament choices. There is no payment or checkout on this site. After confirming your final total, Amina will send you payment instructions before printing begins. Shipping, if requested, is assessed separately and added to your final total.
Does sending a request confirm my order?
Your automatic email receipt means we received your request. Amina will contact you to confirm the items, colors, size, final price and arrangements before printing. If you don’t see the receipt, check your spam folder or use the Contact Amina form below.
Can I request something else?
Yes! Describe your idea in the notes on your print list. Amina will check what she can make and confirm the details with you.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Use the Contact Amina form below as soon as possible with your name and the changes you need. Changes or cancellations depend on whether printing has started. Amina will discuss what’s possible with you.
Can I choose any colors?
Choose up to four preferred colors where the design allows. Your print may use one or more of them, depending on availability and the design. Animal keychains and the new mythical figures use one filament per item; ornament sets use one shared filament for the entire set. Add each animal and color combination separately. Two-tone or multicolor filament counts as one choice, and its effect varies naturally. Amina confirms the details before printing.
What are two-tone and multicolor finishes?
These filaments contain more than one color in a single spool and count as one filament choice. The color effect varies with the shape, print direction and filament, so pieces may look slightly different. Add your preferred color pair or finish in the item note; Amina will confirm availability.
Will my print look exactly like the picture?
The images are AI-styled previews of the selected designs. Colors, size, finish and small details may vary, and visible layer lines are normal for 3D prints. Check the item’s “Includes” label for the quantity supplied; any props are not included unless stated. Amina will confirm size and details before printing.
Is this for all ages?
Small prints and detachable pieces can be choking hazards. These are hobby prints, not safety-tested toys. A parent or guardian should check suitability; keep small parts away from children under 3.
Can these prints hold food, water or real candles?
Unless Amina specifically confirms a product for that use, treat prints as decorative accessories. Display vases are for dry or faux stems, and decorative light holders are for LED lights only. Keep prints away from open flames and heat, and don’t use them for food or drinks.
How long until my print is ready?
Amina will print and complete your order within 3–5 days. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. If you’ve requested shipping, Amina will notify you when your order has shipped.
Can I pick up my order or have it shipped?
Pickup or handover in Staten Island, NY is arranged directly with Amina. If you prefer shipping, check the shipping option and provide your mailing address. Shipping fees will be assessed and added; Amina will confirm the cost before printing. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
